NOTICE OF CLOSED MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Neshkoro Board of Trustees, having duly voted to close its meeting, as authorized by wis stat 19.85 1 )( f) will conduct a closed meeting at 4:00 pm on Wednesday November 19, 2025 at the Neshkoro Village Hall.

The specific subject matter of the closed session is:

• To consider individual histories, financial, medical, social, or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, specifically a preliminary review of a complaint against an employee.

• Conferring with legal counsel for the Village of Neshkoro concerning pending or possible lawsuits involving the Village of Neshkoro.
